Professional title and competent bar association
Julius Grimm is a member of the Berlin Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin), Littenstraße 9, 10179 Berlin, pursuant to § 2 EuRAG. Julius Grimm is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland but practises exclusively in Germany. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7, D07 VY24, Ireland. Julius Grimm is also admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales. The supervisory authority is the Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Cube, 199 Wharfside Street, Birmingham, B1 1RN, England.

Professional regulations
The professional rules governing lawyers in Germany are set out, among others, in the Federal Lawyers' Act (Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung, BRAO), the Professional Code for Lawyers (Berufsordnung der Rechtsanwälte, BORA), the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz, RVG), the Specialist Lawyers' Regulations (Fachanwaltsordnung, FAO), the CCBE Code of Conduct for European Lawyers, and the Act on the Activities of European Lawyers in Germany (EuRAG). Alternative dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, the parties may apply for alternative dispute resolution before the regional bar association, Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin (pursuant to § 73 para. 2 no. 3 in conjunction with § 73 para. 5 BRAO), or before the lawyers' arbitration board (§ 191f BRAO) at the Federal Bar Association (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer), accessible via the Federal Bar Association's website (www.brak.de), e-mail: schlichtungsstelle@s-d-r.org.
